Who can take part?

• The promotion is available for new Betfair accounts, aged 18 or over
• You will no longer be eligible for any Exchange or Sportsbook promotions, e.g. “3/1+ Free Bet” and “Bet £10 Get £5”

• This offer is available to accounts registered in any of the following countries: United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland

 

How and when can I qualify?

• Bet on the Betfair Exchange and any commission paid within the first 30 days will be refunded in cash, up to a maximum of €500

 

What can I win?

• You will be eligible to receive a refund of up to €500.
• When the total commission refund reaches €500, no other refund payment will be made as part of this promotion.

 

When will I get my prize?

• The commission will be reimbursed every Wednesday based on the activity carried out during the seven days prior to 23:59:59 Tuesday.

 

What else do I need to know?

• Promotion is only available to customers depositing using Card or Pay Pal.
• You will receive Betfair Points in all qualifying markets, regardless of any refund payments made.

My Betfair Rewards

How does it work?

• Select one of the three packages from the ‘My Account’ page.
• Once you opt in, you will receive the same package, each month, until further notice.
• You can change to a different package at any time by contacting Customer Services. Changes take effect on the 1st day of the following month.

What do I get?

• You will receive the Exchange commission rate, and access to the rewards, as set out in your selected package.
• Please note that some benefits in the Rewards & Rewards+ packages require a minimum number of Exchange bets to be placed and settled each month to qualify for the reward.

When will I get my rewards?

• Your Exchange commission rate will apply immediately after you opt in.
• If you choose the Rewards or Rewards+ package, your free bet, refund on losses & Beat The Drop play(s) will be credited monthly on the 1st working day of the month.

What else do I need to know?

• ‘My Betfair Rewards’ is only available to selected Betfair customers.
• Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) and other Sportsbook and Exchange promotions are available to customers in the Rewards+ and Rewards, but these are not guaranteed benefits. Betfair reserves the right to remove BOG and access to other promotions (except those listed in your package) from any customer, at any time, upon notice to the customer.
• If you opt in to the Basic package, although you will no longer be eligible for the Cash Race, Betfair Select, or any other Sportsbook or Exchange promotions, you will still be allowed to complete any existing promotions you have already commenced wagering towards, and you will still receive the benefits of any promotion you have started qualifying for or already qualified for prior to joining the Basic package.
• If you are opted in to the Rewards+ or Rewards and you self-exclude from “Casino” or “Arcade, Vegas and Macau Slots”, you will not receive your monthly free spins, but you will you will still have access to the other benefits listed in your package.
• If you are opted in to the Rewards+ or Rewards and a trading restriction on your account makes it difficult for you to use the Free Acca, please contact Customer Services and Betfair will ensure that you can use the full value of the Free Acca.
• Any Exchange discount rate you would normally receive due to your Betfair Points will not apply while you are opted in to a package.
• You can cancel this promotion at any time by contacting Customer Services. If you decide to cancel this promotion, you will forfeit any benefits you are currently working towards, and you will no longer be able to take part in any pricing package promotion until further notice.
• You can change to a different package at any time by contacting Customer Services. Changes take effect on the 1st day of the following month. If you request a package change less than 3 days before the end of the month, we will still process the change but there may be a short delay before you receive the benefits under the new package. We may also need to manually reconcile your account so the correct Exchange commission rate is applied from the 1st day of the month.

Other boring but essential stuff

• This offer is limited to one per customer. To ensure that the promotion is limited to one entry per customer, we only permit one customer to participate from each household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, same payment account (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc) or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
• Betfair reserves the right to:
• change the benefits listed in any package upon giving customers not less than 7 days’ notice. At the end of the notice period, the relevant changes will take effect from the 1st day of the following month;
• stop offering pricing packages upon giving customers not less than 7 days’ notice. At the end of the notice period, the relevant package(s) will automatically end on the last day of the then current month;
• exclude certain customers from the Rewards+ and Rewards, or to move a customer from a higher package to a lower package (e.g. from Rewards to Basic) upon giving the customer not less than 7 days’ notice. At the end of the notice period, the relevant changes will take effect on the 1st day of the following month. Please note that any such exclusion will not affect any free bet, bonus or other promotional offer you have already placed a qualifying bet towards. You will still receive the benefits of any promotion you have started qualifying for or already qualified for prior to the exclusion; and
• disqualify you from this promotion and/or close your Betfair account if it considers there is sufficient evidence of abuse of this promotion, for example, if you are using more than one username to take part in this promotion, or you are engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity (including participation that would be in breach of the law in your local jurisdiction). In such cases Betfair will remove you from the promotion and not credit any free bets or rewards.
