Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Promotion

NETELLER is rewarding 1,000 lucky customers with a share of $5,000 USD (or currency equivalent). 1,000 random NETELLER customers will receive $5 USD (or currency equivalent) direct to their account Monday 3rd October 2016.

2. The Promotion Period

The NETELLER ‘$5,000 USD Click to Win’ Promotion runs from 00:00 CET Monday 19th September until 23:59 CET Sunday 16thOctober 2016.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 In order to participate in the NETELLER ‘$5,000 USD Click to Win’ Promotion, you must:

3.1.1 be a recipient of the promotional email(s).

3.1.2 have a registered account with NETELLER, as the case may be in accordance with the relevant terms of service («Account»);

3.1.3 not use your Account for commercial purposes;

3.1.4 not be an employee or an immediate family member of any of the Skrill, NETELLER or Paysafe group companies;

3.1.5 not be a service provider or a direct family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies;

3.1.6 be at least 18 years of age;

3.1.7 not reside or be located in any country that Skrill and NETELLER, as the case may be, are prohibited from offering Accounts; and

3.1.8 not reside in the United States of America.

The above mentioned are collectively referred to as the «Eligibility Criteria»

3.2 Once you have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria you shall be considered an eligible participant for the purpose of this Promotion (a «Participant»).

4. Prizes

4.1 There will be 1,000 random customers awarded with $5 USD (or currency equivalent).

4.2 The $5 USD (or currency equivalent) will be credited to the your NETELLER account on Monday 3rd October 2016.

4.3 Those who do not win a $5 USD (or currency equivalent) prize will be added to a runner-up random draw for $1,000 USD (or currency equivalent).

4.4 The winner of the runner-up prize draw of $1,000 USD will be credited Tuesday 1st November 2016.

5. Legal Recourse

5.1 This Promotion is brought to you Paysafe Financial Services Ltd., a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales under company number 4478861, trading as NETLLER, whose registered office is at Compass House, Chivers Way, Cambridge, CB24 9AD, UK («NETELLER»). NETELLER are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money. By entering the Promotion, the Participant accepts these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

5.2 The present Promotion does not apply to residents of the United States of America.

5.3 NETELLER reserve the right to end the Promotion at any time in their sole discretion or to make changes to the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing Participants by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address registered with the Participant’s Account or by amending these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

5.4 NETELLER reserve the right to remove Participants from the Promotion where they have reason to believe that Participants have breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the Account terms of service as applicable, or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures.

5.5 All decisions by NETELLER are final and binding.

5.6 NETELLER are not responsible for:

5.6.1 any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion;

5.6.2 technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;

5.6.3 unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion;

5.6.4 technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or

5.6.5 any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

5.7 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and NETELLER, as applicable, in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England.

6. If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
