I. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE FREE BET:

1. This promotion is available to all registered customers of 18Bet for the period 06.12.2016 – 01.01.2017. 18Bet reserves the right to change the promotion period.

2. In order to qualify for the free bet, bonus customers must stake 5 consecutive qualifying bets, with the following requirements:

• Single bets only. System and combo bets are considered ineligible towards this promotion.
• Minimum odds 1.8
• Stake minimum — 10$/£/€ (or equivalent to €).
• Minimum 3 of the 5 qualifying bets must be settled as losing. Only 1 of the 3 losing bets could be half-lost.
• Only bets settled as loss or win qualify. Void, full tie (refunded) or canceled bets, will not qualify.
• If there are multiple bets placed on the same event or bets placed on the opposite sides with the same outcome of the same event, only the very first bet will count towards the promotion.

3. The FREE BET bonus will be equivalent to customer’s smallest stake during all their qualifying bets.

4. Minimum free bet amount paid is 10$/£/€ (or equivalent to €).

5. The maximum free bet amount paid is 50$/£/€ (or equivalent to €).

6. The FREE BET can be claimed only after the qualifying bets have been settled.

7. Bets placed in order to comply with the wagering requirements for other bonuses are not eligible towards this promotion.

8. In order to apply for the free bet bonus, customers must contact 18bet via email atpromo@18bet.com in 24 hours after placing their 5 qualifying bets, stating their bet IDs. In 48 hours after the qualifying bets are settled 18bet will award the bonus to the qualifying customers’ accounts and will inform them via email.

9. The Free Bet bonus can be claimed more than once during the promotion period.

 

II. FREE BET WAGERING REQUIREMENTS:

1. In order to cash out the free bet bonus and the winnings accumulated, customers will need to roll over the bonus amount 6 times. Example: If a customer received €10 cashback they need to reach the roll over required of 60 = 6 x 10

2. In order to cash out the bonus and the winnings accumulated, players will need to reach the rollover required within 21 days otherwise the bonus will expire and all virtual money will be revoked.

3. As long as a player has an active bonus code, they cannot open a withdrawal request. Activated bonus codes will expire within 21 days of their activation. In cases where the required rollover is not met within the defined for the purpose 21-day time-frame, and the customer chooses to cash out, 18bet reserves the right to enforce a fee charge of up to 8% on the withdrawal amount.

4. The maximum bet amount to count towards the rollover requirements for this promotion is 50% of the given bonus. For example: if your given bonus is €50, the max amount to be counted towards the rollover requirements is €25. If you place a €25 bet, it will be counted as 25, moreover, if you place a €100 bet it will be counted as 25 as well.

5. Combo bets count towards this promotion as long as the odds for the whole selection reach 1.8. Combo bets can combine any bet types, including Asian Handicap and Over/Under.

6. Void, tie (refunded) or canceled bets, will not be counted towards the rollover requirements, as well as bets placed on odds lower than 1.8, multiple bets placed on the same outcome of the same event and bets placed on the opposite sides with the same outcome of the same event. Customers with an active bonus are NOT ALLOWED to place such bets either with real or with virtual balance.

7. It is 18bet’s prerogative to occasionally review customers’ betting activity and in case a bonus manipulation has been detected, we reserve the right to cancel ineligible bets and any winnings generated from them, and/or reclaim all bonus and winnings money accumulated by a manipulative customer at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.

8. Bonus manipulation is considered but is not limited to:

8.1. Bets placed on odds lower than 1.8

8.2. Multiple bets placed on the same outcome of the same event

8.3. Bets placed on the opposite sides with the same outcome of the same event

9. Registration and participation are allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address and shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. The bonus will be refused to players who do not comply with this term and odd accounts will be closed. (Please, refer to General Terms and Conditions – Duplicated accounts policy) We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer and to redeem all bonus and winnings money accumulated by any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.

10. 18bet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or cancel this promotion to any customer or group of customers, according to its judicial opinion.

11. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions, as 18bet reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.
